Bason SVC-130 Vertical Blinds Cutter

(Cold) for louvres of 89mm and 127mm wide.

An easy to use all electric machine which takes up little space and is ready to go by simply plugging in to a standard 230v (3 pin socket) supply.

The machine is programmed at the factory to make a standard hangar pocket of 21mm with a 12mm circular hole punched in the centre of the fold. Different pocket depths can be programmed at the factory to your order.

After feeding to the operator input length the weight pocket is folded with a standard depth of 65mm.

Production of up to 200 averaged length blinds per day is possible.

Typically the operator would input into the numeric keypad the desired length in millimetres and the quantity of louvres required.

The first time it is used the length is only approximate, so one sample louvre is cut and measured to see how it varies from the input number.

The number is adjusted accordingly and a sample is cut to arrive at the exact length. A note is then made and kept of this number for future reference. All subsequent louvres are then produced to the exact measurement accordingly.

Cut lengths can be between 2mm and 9990mm.

This Lewis 160-20 style corner tacker has air (pneumatic) system-cutting device and air (pneumatic) lifting presser foot giving efficiency increase of approximately 30%.
